Quality & Process Improvement Specialists

The Northeastern Pennsylvania Industrial Resource Center, Inc. (NEPIRC) is searching for Quality & Process Improvement Specialists to lead client engagements in the areas of Six Sigma applications, Lean Enterprise implementation, ISO 9001:2000 Quality System development and manufacturing process studies. As full-time NEPIRC employees, individuals within these positions will be required to assist the Business Development staff in securing client engagements for his/her services throughout northeastern Pennsylvania and then delivering the contracted services to a variety of different companies each year. The ideal candidate will possess an Engineering degree and extensive manufacturing-based experience, preferably in the Quality or Process Improvement fields, as well as sound communication skills and an outgoing, client-friendly personality. Professional ISO-related certifications and past training in Lean Enterprise and Six Sigma is preferred, but not required.
