Lean Enterprise Trainer & Implementation Assistant

Within this role, you will be responsible for training client personnel in the fundamental tools of Lean Enterprise and assisting our Senior Lean Consultants as they lead our clients through Lean Enterprise transformations. You will be involved in all aspects of deploying Lean training, education, mentoring, facilitating Kaizen events, and progress reporting. If you desire to expand your Lean Enterprise skills across a variety of industries, applications and companies, this is the job for you. This job requires that you hold a Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Operations Management or a similar field and have a minimum of 2 years direct experience with Lean Enterprise tools and techniques, particularly VSM and 5S/6S. Strong communication, computer, presentation and facilitation skills are also required.

Senior Lean Enterprise Consultant

Within this role you will be responsible for leading our clients through Lean Enterprise transformations. As a full-time Lean Enterprise Consultant, you will be taking client Lean engagements from start to finish by helping them understand Lean Enterprise concepts, creating their Lean transformation goals, training their workforce, analyzing their value streams, conducting Lean events and keeping their Lean journey moving forward. You’ll manage several client engagements concurrently. This job requires a Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Operations Management or a similar field and a minimum of 4 years direct experience with Lean Enterprise tools and techniques. Strong communication, computer, presentation and facilitation skills are also required. Familiarity with P&L statements and job costing is preferred, but not required.

Business Growth Development Consultant

Successful candidates will utilize their strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills, along with their proven experience in Strategy, Sales Consulting, Market Development and Product Innovation to improve our clients’ top-line growth. In this position you’ll work with a diverse group of clients that each have their own unique cultures, challenges and opportunities for growth, so no two client engagements will be the same. This job requires a Bachelor Degree and 4 years of professional experience in a related consultative environment. Management-level experience in manufacturing and familiarity with succession planning options for smaller companies is strongly preferred. Strong communication, computer, presentation and facilitation skills are also required.
