NEPIRC recently added Kathleen Bolinski to its professional staff as a Youth Apprentice Program Coordinator. In this new role, Ms. Bolinski will work as a liaison between the manufacturing industry, high schools and high school students to create, administer and staff Youth Apprentice positions within regional manufacturers. As part of a continued collaborative effort between NEPIRC and the Northern Tier Industry & Education Consortium (NTIEC), Ms. Bolinski will replicate NTIEC’s successful Youth Apprentice, Job Shadowing, Educator-in-the-Workplace and similar programs throughout NEPIRC’s region and enhance those programs within the northern tier of Pennsylvania.
Ms. Bolinski was formerly an In-School Youth Specialist with Rescare Workforce Services and the Director of Community Education & Outreach for the Family Service Association of Wyoming Valley.
Ms. Bolinski holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Wilkes University, a Master in Social Work Degree from Marywood University and a Master Certificate in Human Resource Management from Villanova University. She is also a Pennsylvania Licensed Social Worker (LSW).
