A new study about the state of manufacturing in Pennsylvania reports that despite challenges in recent years, manufacturing remains the largest industry in Pennsylvania in terms of gross state product. These past and future challenges are analyzed and the team provides recommendations to maintain and grow our state’s important manufacturing sector. Key to these recommendations is support by the state through programs like the Industrial Resource Center. Robert Zaruta, Director of Palladium Business Growth Services for NEPIRC, has been invited to present at the Precision Metalforming Association 2011 Marketing & Sales Conference in Chicago, Illinois on August 25, 2011.
During his Recalibrate Your Revenue Engine session, Robert will speak on strategies and practices that companies can use to ensure the highest probability of consistently winning profitable business in today’s demand-poor, intensely competitive business environment. Robert will also cover methods that companies can use to simulate customer interest, create urgency for potential buyers to act, position their company as the provider of choice based upon unique value propositions and, ultimately, sell more profitably. Companies will learn about the six Systemic Performance Drivers and related key sub-factors that improve sales performance and how they can enhance their value proposition, more closely align their marketing communications, improve their point-of-sales interactions and better execute their overall sales strategies.
Established in 1988, NEPIRC enjoys a 23 year history of providing consultative services that enable companies to improve their productivity, sales, profitability and long-term business viability. Within NEPIRC, Robert Zaruta provides a mix of sales training, sales process reengineering, sales coaching and strategic planning services.
