The Manufacturing Extension Partnership recently published session information for its Manufacturing Innovation 2012 National Conference, which will run from May 5th through May 9th at the Marriott World Resort in Orlando, Florida. NEPIRC also announced a limited number of scholarships to defray the conference registration costs for regional manufacturers.
This year’s conference will offer 75 technical and educational breakout sessions centered around three major themes – Making Informed Business Decisions, Leading Innovative Organizations and Implementing Growth Strategies. The event will also feature keynote addresses from Mr. Rowan Gibson, one of the world’s foremost thought leader on business innovation and author of “Innovation to the Core”, and Mr. Jim Carroll, one of the nation’s leading innovation experts and author of “Ready, Set, Done: How to Innovate When Faster is the New Fast” and “What I Learned From Frogs in Texas: Saving Your Skin with Forward-Thinking Innovation”. The conference will also host a business matchmaking networking event and traditional vendor area.
Through its affiliation with the Manufacturing Extension Partnership program, NEPIRC has a limited number of scholarships available to help regional manufacturers interested in attending the conference avoid registration costs. Scholarships are limited to two attendees per company and available on a first-come, first-granted basis.
