NEPIRC’s Executive Director, Eric Joseph Esoda, will be among the presenters and panelists at a National Academies forum in Akron, Ohio later this month. The forum will focus on the needs of small and mid-sized manufacturers, successful consultative strategies for addressing those needs, how NEPIRC and other members of the nationwide Manufacturing Extension Partnership (MEP) program have expanded their services, staff capabilities and client outreach efforts in light of those needs, and how the MEP program can continuously improve its effectiveness in helping manufacturers achieve profitable growth. 

Eric will be joined by his counterparts from Ohio and Indiana, as well as by Ed Breiner, President & CEO of Schramm, Inc., Jim Garrett, President & CEO of Vadxx Energy, Peter Broer, President of Lumitex, Inc. and Jim Griffith, President & CEO of The Timken Company.

The event will be conducted at the National Polymer Innovation Center at the University of Akron.
