ORGANIZATIONAL TRAINING PLANS/TRAINING NEEDS ASSESSMENTS

NEPIRC will work with your Company to identify long-term workforce development needs and to develop an organizational training plan consistent with organizational goals and business objectives. This Training Plan will project workforce training needs for a period up to three-years for current and new employees in a prioritized format. The plan will include potential training providers and estimated expenditures. Once this has been completed, NEPIRC will assist the company in evaluating and applying for relevant funding opportunities.

INDIVIDUAL DEVELOPMENT PLANS (IDPs) / CAREER PATHS

NEPIRC will help your Company establish a system for identifying and developing talent within your organization. This will help ensure that when one star performer is promoted or leaves, an equally talented and prepared employee is somewhere within the organization ready to step in and assume responsibility. Individual Development Plans (IDPs) have long been used in companies to help employees develop their skills, achieve their career goals, and assist the Company to further its’ mission. NEPIRC assists Companies in defining the leadership criteria, identifying top performers, benchmarking strengths and weaknesses, determining development opportunities, and creating career paths. NEPIRC will customize this project to meet the culture of your Company and fulfill your succession planning needs.

SUPERVISORY SKILLS TRAINING NETWORKS

This specialized program has been constructed by NEPIRC’s expert staff and has been perfected over the years to assist our clients with those employees who have been promoted from with in or who have never received formal leadership development. The program consists of is a series of ten, four-hour training sessions designed to provide that network setting offering the opportunity for participants to meet and exchange information and experiences with supervisors from other companies.

The 40 hours of training is highly interactive and utilizes a variety of instructional techniques including: lectures, work sessions, group discussions, role playing, video, self-assessments, and practical applications. Learning will be linked from session to session to emphasis the interrelationship between the skills. Participants are encouraged to bring real life issues to each session to facilitate on-the-job application of the skills learned.

TEAM BUILDING AND PROBLEMS SOLVING PROGRAMS

NEPIRC is proficient at assisting businesses that have goals for their staff to work in an efficient team environment, where communication is effective, and carrying out regular problem solving initiatives is the norm. This program can help you to be staffed with employees who have enhanced knowledge and sharpened problem-solving skills. Focus groups will gain a better understanding of specific tools, which will enable them to solve problems as a group in a more efficient, empowered manner.
