The Level I Lean Certification is designed to help manufacturers build internal capacity by providing their key staff with a working knowledge of the principles and practices of Lean by immersing them in the five phases of process improvement. This 40 hour certificate program is for those individuals who will be in charge of leading the company’s Lean transformation. Content will include: Lean Office, Value Stream Mapping, Facilitation Skills for Improvement Event Leaders (2 days), Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and Training Within Industry (TWI) and Roundtable (Exam Review) sessions.
