Janelle joined NEPIRC in 2018. She will work closely with clients to improve the three Ps that apply to any organization: Processes, People, and Products.
Her specialties include Six Sigma, statistical analysis, continuous improvement strategy, data strategy, design and implementation of operational metrics, and Lean Enterprise.

Janelle brings nearly ten years of continuous improvement expertise to her client engagements. Her experiences range from localized to organization wide change efforts. During this time, she used a wide range of technical, change management, and leadership skills to translate intent into action, creating meaningful organizational shifts.

In one instance, she pioneered a project that resulted in $1.2 million of financial benefits to the customer and allowed her to obtain her Department of the Army Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (LSSBB) Certification. She is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) by the Project Management Institute (PMI), an American Society for Quality (ASQ) Six Sigma Black Belt, and an Engineer in Training (EIT).
Janelle earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering with a minor in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a Master of Science degree in Engineering Management from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
